Delivery Within United States Only

Our business days are Monday through Friday. We offer regular next day delivery to: Ann Arbor, Buffalo, Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Detroit, Fort Wayne, Indianapolis, Pittsburgh, Louisville plus the entire states of Ohio and Michigan. Most of the east coast (NYC, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Boston, Atlanta, Baltimore, Raleigh-Durham to name a few) are all regular 2 day destinations. For all areas in the US we also offer Standard Next Day, 2-day and 3-day Fedex Air delivery services for when you absolutely need the gift there sooner then the regular ground delivery time. The transit chart below shows when you can expect your order to be delivered depending on what method you choose to ship and what time of day you place your order.

^Saturday arrival (outside of our regular next day residential ground delivery zone) is available in most areas via Next Day Fed Ex w/ Sat Delivery however it is VERY expensive. See Priority Overnight Charge and then add $15.00 to that fee. Tell us in the Special Instructions Box that you authorize the additional charge because you desire Saturday delivery.

Orders received before 2:00PM EST (Mon - Fri) are shipped the same day. Orders received after 2:00PM EST (Mon -Fri)  will be shipped the next business day (we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays).  During holiday weeks, please allow extra time.  When calculating transit time, remember you cannot count the day shipped.

Our delivery options are displayed prior to approving your purchase.

  • 1-5 Business Day delivery (see map below)

  • 3 Business Day delivery

  • 2 Business Day delivery

  • Next Business Day delivery

  • Priority Overnight with Saturday delivery is available but not displayed. E-mail for pricing.

IMPORTANT:

  • We can not offer reimbursement for delayed shipments due to weather, train derailments, incorrect or insufficient delivery addresses, or any other delivery delays outside of our control.

  • Transit time does not include the day the product is shipped nor weekend days.

  • Packages sent regular delivery to residential addresses will normally be left at the residence if no one is home. Please let us know in the delivery notes section if you need us to obtain a signature. It will cost an additional $2.50  This does NOT apply to packages sent 3-day, 2-day, Next Day or any packages sent any method to a business. If packages sent to a residence happens to come up missing, we will initiate a claim on your behalf with Fed Ex, but cannot reimburse unless Fed Ex rules that they were at fault.

  • We usually require an indirect signature for deliveries to apartment buildings.  An indirect signature means that a neighbor, apartment manager, doorman, etc. may sign for the package. This is done to protect both our customer and the recipient.  You may request that we not obtain a signature, however, if the package comes up missing, we will not be able to offer a refund.

  • Special Date deliveries.

  • School or College deliveries.

Please use extra care in entering the ship to address.  Incorrect addresses will result in a $10 address correction charge. For a complete list of our policies, please visit our Policy page.
 

HAWAII AND ALASKA

Please allow an additional day or two for transit time to these two states. None of our free shipping items can be shipped without additional cost to these two states.

FUTURE DELIVERY DATES

Many times customers wish to place an order "in advance" but do not want the gift delivered until a future delivery date.  This can easily be achieved by making sure to leave the desired delivery date in the Special Instructions provided during the check out process.  If, for some reason, the customer forgets to do this they can still delay the delivery by immediately (within 30 minutes) replying to their automatic confirmation e-mail and letting us know that they desire a future delivery date.  If we have any questions about the request, we will notify the customer immediately.
