Do you ship outside of the United States?
No, we do not.
How
long does my gift take to arrive?
If you place your order before
2:00PM EST (Monday - Friday) your gift will ship the same day.
You can choose between Next Business Day, 2 business Day, 3 Business
Day or Regular (1-5 business Day) delivery. For a shipping chart that shows
when your order will arrive based on your location, please see our
Shipping Section.
Do you deliver to
hospitals and schools?
No to hospitals and Yes to schools. Please read special instructions
on School
Deliveries. We highly recommend that you have your gift delivered to the
patient's home or to a nearby relative or friend. Deliveries to
hospitals must go through the dock and it is then up to the hospital
staff to deliver your gift. This means a delay of several days and
usually results in the patient being discharged before ever
receiving the gift.

As an alternative, you can
always call us and make arrangements to e-mail us your recipient list.Can I order by phone
or fax?
Certainly! If you feel uncomfortable using your credit card over the
internet, you can still place your order online. Make your
selections, answer bill to and ship to information. Then, when it
comes time for payment information, simply check the box that says "credit
card by phone". Within a few moments, you will receive an
e-mailed copy of your order, please print it out and call us on our
toll free number 1-866-533-4438.
As an alternative, you can print out our
Order By Fax Form, and fax in your
order complete with recipient information and credit card
information.Advance

and in the special delivery notes section (you'll see it as you are

What is your return policy?

I
am having a hard time choosing between two cookie pot designs - what
if I want to put in a sports cookie in the Baby Cookie Pot Bouquet, may I do
that?
We love to customize orders. Please feel free to specify any
cookie you like and we will design it accordingly! We get special requests all the time, like a customer that recently
called about her dad who was having a birthday AND he was a bus
driver. Of course
we added the cute school
bus cookie to the Happy Birthday design for her!!
What
are the decorated cookies made of?
Our handmade decorated cookies contain only natural ingredients:
wheat flour, honey, margarine, sugar, eggs, dry white egg, vanilla
flavor, baking powder, US-FDA certified food colors.

Ohio:
Holland, Ottawa Hills, Springfield and Sylvania
- All other Metropolitan Toledo, Ohio areas are considered a "local ship"
and we will hand off to Fed Ex for them to deliver the next
business day (orders placed M-F) for our nominal $6.50 shipping charge.
